clean room helpful staff early check-in limited breakfast difficult parking key malfunction
my room was very clean and the staff, they were very helpful. the location is really close to the mosque, very convenient i find. i got early check-in and it was no problem, i appreciate it.
the breakfast did not have a lot of options, it seemed to have more options for middle eastern tastes. the parking i found was not easy. the key for my room needed to be recharged many times, this was very annoying.

the saudi receptionist during my evening check-in was helpful. he showed cute behavior. My room had a haram view and was very clean. i found parking easily at the time.
the breakfast options had limited variety and did not cater much for western palates.

clean rooms attentive staff easy access
The location was convenient, just a short walk to the masjid for both men and women. the hotel provided very clean rooms, something i appreciate. the staff were attentive. They ensured my stay was seamless. i especially liked how accessible the main prayer areas were.
the bathroom felt a bit small, but it was manageable for a short stay.

The proximity to the prophet's mosque cannot be overstated. It made daily prayers easy. several shops are nearby too. They provided convenient access to necessities. the hotel's location also gave us easy access to local restaurants.

I found the location superb as it's a very short walk to the Masjid. The staff displayed really good friendliness. I appreciated the warm welcome. I also received a complimentary fruit plate, a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean and equipped with useful amenities such as AC, a fridge, and a kettle.
The in-room phone was not working, requiring a visit to the ground floor for assistance.

My room was clean and well-kept. The location is close to the mosque. I found the staff very cute and helpful.
The breakfast selection seemed limited. The room furniture was dated. I noticed the sound isolation wasn't great which meant I could hear noise from outside.
